The Brook Ministries was started by Steve Lucas, a pastor of almost 20 years.  He’s hoping to use The Brook as an opportunity not only to educate and train Latin American pastors, but also to serve as a retreat for U.S. pastors which will help the non-profit be fully self-sustainable.

Steve hopes that by forming The Brook he could help make pastors better at what they do.  According to The Brook website, Steve said, “I consider myself blessed that God has allowed me to be a pastor.  I can’t think of any greater calling in life.  The idea that together we can now help other pastors thrills me to my core.  The Brook will change lives.”

Here at sticviews, we are all eager to see what Steve does with this ministry, and applaud not only Steve, but the things that God is doing in his life and in the ministry.  Sticviews enjoys to partner with companies that have a passion and a purpose.

Bryce, our CEO, participated in the Golf Tournament Event The Brook Ministries held on October 26th.  I wrote about this tournament yesterday in the blog, Advertising your Business with Custom Car Graphics.  We enjoy sponsoring events and companies of all kinds.  And we look forward to working with The Brook in the future as well.  We’re eager to see the plans unfold next year as they continue on their journey.

We also helped The Brook create their prayer stickers to hand out to their prayer chain.   I look forward to putting one on my Bible to help daily remind me to pray for their ministry!

Twestival is a great time to bring people together to tweet, meet and give with Car Stickers and Car Decals.

Twestival and the venue offered a great way to show how sticviews can be used for event marketing with Car Stickers and Car Decals.

If you are an event marketer then you know there are several ways to attract the desired audience to your event.  Below is a short list of the essentials when planning an event and how to market it.

1) Off the event in a prime location – offering Twestival at Mockingbird Station was a great opportunity to get exposure from outside traffic.  Not to mention having Trinity Hall as the selected venue was a great opportunity because it too exposed outside people to the event and the cause.

2) Another key to having a successful event is word-of-mouth marketing.  That is what is so great about Twestival.  People on Twitter are all about word-of-mouth marketing – they want to know what hot spots are around, and what events are going on.  Event marketers – make sure you are getting the word out about your event with Car Stickers and Car Decals!

3) Be creative with your promotion!  Proper signage before and during the event is a huge plus to your event exposure.  Exposure is key to growing an event’s attendance.  This is where sticviews comes into play.  Sticviews, with our readhesive decals, come off clean and can be stuck anywhere!  This is perfect especially when you want the venue to know that their buildings are going to be protected! Custom decals aren’t going to harm a surface: there’s no tape involved, no stapling or nailing to a wall, just stic and go! So, the time is coming closer the Dallas Twestival is this Saturday (just days away!) at Mockingbird Station in Dallas using Car Stickers, Auto Stickers and Car Window Decals! It’s going to be an awesome event to support The Women’s Museum in Fair Park.

Our CEO, Bryce Finnerty, was asked a few questions as to why he decided to sponsor the Dallas Twestival. Check out the video below for his response.

We’ve been planning away for this event, and we’re so excited that it’s finally just around the corner! For 2 months we’ve been helping DallasTwestival by using our innovative stick-on decals to promote the event.  We made Chad a custom car decal to advertise around town.  We made 100’s of custom decals to use for car graphics, window graphics, and decals for local advertising.  We will be decorating the event with custom decals to direct the crowds to the event, twitter sticker give aways, and other fun stickers for the crowd.   The greatest thing about sticviews is they come off clean so we will be removing all the promotional material after the event is over and leave the space looking brand new!
